Está siempre funcionando.
Los artículos cortesía del baño, no son acordes con la categoría del hotel, para dos personas son insuficientes.
Por lo demás, todo bien
4 étoiles ? Une vaste blague...chambre au 7 ème étage : odeur de refoulement d egout, bruit...pas de chauffage qui fonctionne, oreillers durs comme de la pierre, un bloc climatisation qui fait un bruit de réacteur toute la nuit même éteint. Attention 25 euros de parking hotel si vous le prenez.
Bref, ne mérites pas du tout 4 étoiles et encore moins le tarif qui va avec...mais rassurez vous..."ils sont désolés"
Vraiment dommage.
Went back to ask for a second as my wife and I were going out separately, and the young girl at reception made it seem like a one night stay did not merit two cards. It was as if I was asking for a big favor. In the end she reluctantly gave me one.
I've never been to a hotel that didn't give us two cards.
It was strange and she was a tad rude. And how do you not have enough cards in stock?

명품거리 근처라 길도 넓은편이고 근처 바로 지하철역 및 버스정류장 있고 맥도날드도 있어요~ 첫날 구경겸 천천히 호시우 광장쪽으로 걸어갔는데 금방갑니다 명동이 관광지라면 여기는 종각에 위치한느낌? 그정도 거리라 걸어다녀도 되고 지하철 타도 됩니다
그리고 직원들 정말친절해요에어프랑스
ㅆ ㅜ ㅔ ㄲ ㅣ 들이 수하물지연되서 호텔로 배달해주기로 했는데 깜깜무소식이어서 데스크 직원에 이야기했더니 직접 전화해서 포르투갈어로 통화후 저희한테 통역해주셨어요~! 그리고 다행히도 찾았고요~! 다시온다면 여기 또 머무를거예요!
The staff were impeccable. Friendly, helpful and professional.
The facilities of the hotel were great, with a very complete and delicious breakfast and a very confortable bar area.
The room was clean, confortable and with everything you might need.
It was my birthday and I received a lovely amenity from the hotel I loved and am very thankful for.
Sadly, hospitality is all about details, and last impressions are equally or more important than firsts and this is why I am giving a 1 star review, as I can not believe how in a "hospitality" place where they are meant to be looking after you, something like this can happen.
After three nights staying at the hotel, I enquired about late checkout, which I was told no problem that I had to contact in the morning.
I woke up feeling very sick so texted the hotel to ask for it.
No one answered for a while, which I understand as they may be busy with checkouts
To cut story short I managed to speak to them and they said that it was no problem but that I had to come down before 12 to pay for that fee.
I enquired if it would be possible to pay on my way out as I was not feeling well, and the answer was it had to be payed now. What are they trying to tell me? That I am going to leave without paying 45 euros? Really?
Sadly small details are thr most important things in hospitality. And in this occasion something that might seem very silly, but that was putting me in a vulnerable position, ruined my experience.
