Sehr freundliches Personal.
Zimmer geräumig und Lage des Hotel super.
Würde immer wieder dieses Hotel buchen und weiterempfehlen.
Al apreciar desde primer momento muy baja temperatura nos pidieron disculpas porque no funcionaba aire acondicionado en la primera planta. Tuvimos que dormir, incluso, con ropa de calle. Fueron días especialmente fríos.
A pesar de nuestra insistencia, pues frio iba en aumento, nos mantuvieron en dichas habitaciones hasta la noche del día 1 de Enero que nos trasladaron a 3º planta habitaciones 301 y 307, donde ultima noche ya estuvimos bien.
Hemos reclamado una compensación económica equivalente, al menos, en el coste de las dos habitaciones de los dos primeros días. Sin pensar, de momento, en reclamación por indemnizacion por el fuerte gripazo que cogi.
En esas fechas el coste de las habitaciones fue de 1.450 Euros, MIL CUATROCIENTOS CINCUENTA EUROS. Tras nuestra reclamación "in situ" nos "descontaron por las molestias" alli mis, 350,20Euros (TRESCIENTOS CINCUENTA EUROS CON VEINTE CENTIMOS).
Desde esa fecha , y ya por email, con responsables del Hotel Sra. Freir y Sr. ALVES, hemos insistido en una compensación acorde con los dos días y las dos habitaciones en las que estuvimos en las pésimas condiciones de frio indicadas.
Finalmente y tras mucho insistir, recibo repuesta por email con una propuesta que con gusto comparto :
....."""Sin embargo, no queremos dejar pasar esta situación y estaremos encantados de ofrecerle un gran descuento en su próxima visita a Lisboa, ofreciendo traslados de entrada y salida. ofrecemos un 50% de descuento en cenas en nuestro restaurante y si quieres alojarte con nosotros, además del descuento que te haremos, también te asignaremos habitaciones por encima de lo reservado.
Sabemos que esto na borra lo ocurrido, pero nuestro objetivo es intentar minimizar lo ocurrido"""
En fin, para mi y mi familia la experiencia ha sido nefasta, sin duda volveremos a Lisboa pero nunca a este LISBOA CARMO HOTEL que no está al nivel de las estrellas que ostenta ni del precio que tiene.
Y pienso tal como contesté por email a Sr. Solves: UN CLIENTE INSATISFECHO ES LA PEOR PUBLICIDAD PARA UN ESTABLECIMIENTO COMO EL QUE USTED DIRIGE O REGENTA

No face cloths but only hands towels provided
Too much coughing in the dining area by staff
Carpets in rooms needs to be changed. Looked and felt unclean
Impossível não mencionar a comida que estava deliciosa.
Estão todos de parabéns porque permitiram criar uma memória exatamente positiva do momento. Para além de recomendar, voltaremos! Até breve!
À KARINÉ et ces collègues qui malgré une tablée de 8 convives peut disciplinés, ont été prévenantes attentionnée et professionnelles.
Elles nous ont servi une cuisine fait maison, fine et savoureuse

In our 8 days there, these were some issues we experienced:
- 2 days of air conditioning not working (opening the windows made the room bearable temperature wise but because it is located above a bar and the manager smokes incessantly right by the hotel entrance, it is noisy and our 3rd floor room reeked of smoke)
- Fridge not working (had to store our perishables in the kitchen fridge)
- Another guest who was In the lobby with us had to change rooms because he didn’t get the balcony he ordered and his coffee machine was not working
- Yet another guest who was also In the lobby with us on a different day had to change rooms because his air conditioning was broken (we later found out from the staff everyone on the first floor didn’t have AC)
- We Asked for water to still be delivered on the days we left for Porto - we even paid for the room even though we spent the night elsewhere and the manager said “Yes certainly” but it wasn’t delivered. (Not the biggest deal but he did this to us on 3 separate matters over a 7 day period so I feel it’s worth mentioning)
- Manager also said air conditioning would be fixed within 1-2 hours and would follow up with our room either way - and then ghosted us for 2 days (while the AC remained unfixed)
Overall the place seems to be as shaky and falling apart just like the manager’s ability to follow through on anything he says - for example there were bleach stains on our carpet, the key card reader on the door kept falling off…. The location is great - nobody can deny that so if you can get a 50% off deal here and dont expect much of a stay but just want a place to crash and keep your suitcases then this is still worth a consideration. But I think there’s likely better places to stay and we hope that the wonderful front desk staff we did get to interact with, receive a better manager soon!
Vicino a tutto nel centro di Lisbona
The first night, the heating was not working properly in my room. It was a Sunday night when most things and services are closed in Lisbon. Beatrice and Bernado tried multiple approaches to come up with a solution for me. The next morning, Sonia, the hotel manager, upgraded me to a better room and gave me a great price for the extra night I wanted to stay. The evening before I left, I thought I had left my phone in a taxi, so David, who was on duty, immediately called multiple taxi companies to put out a general alert to look for the phone (I found it five minutes later in the depths of my bag). The service at this hotel is top quality, friendly, and kind, not just when everything is going great, but in situations where things go wrong. The rooms are beautiful, very comfortable, and the location is fantastic. Thank you all so much.
