Here, the coffee is roasted on site. Since its creation in 2015, Fabrica Coffee Roasters has never been empty, with its small terrace where you can have breakfast consisting of a coffee and a croissant (a really good one, just like in France). For us, it's the best long coffee in town (called americano or abatanado here). If you like good coffee and cappuccinos, we highly recommend this address. Please note that there's no wifi here, a deliberate choice on the part of the owners, who don't want their establishment to be full of computers.

Certainement pas l'endroit le plus typique de la ville mais un très bon lieu pour déguster un vrai café ! Ambiance indus très sympa.
