After seeing so many beautiful azulejos in stores and on building facades, you may be tempted to try your hand at this ancient art. We've found a small workshop that organizes painting workshops on these famous tiles. This factory, in the heart of Alfama, regularly organizes 2 and 3-hour workshops during which you can paint your own tiles. In the workshop, you'll be able to admire the work of Cristina and Miguel, who have been practicing their craft of tiling and ceramics for over 30 years.
