Tourism Portugal (Turismo de Portugal) is the national organization in charge of promoting and developing tourism in Portugal. You don't need to go far, there are offices all over the city center, look for the "Ask Me Lisboa" points, especially at the airport and on Praça do Comércio. You'll find all the information you need for your stay, as well as brochures, advice and a warm welcome from the moment you arrive.

Office du Tourisme du Portugal à Lisbonne
Très bon accueil à l’Office du tourisme du Portugal à Lisbonne. L’un des personnels parlait français, ce qui était plus facile ! Il y a, par contre, un peu d’attente car ces personnels semblent très sollicités, y compris pour des réservations de visites de sites, ce que je n’ai personnellement pas fait. Par contre, le plan de la ville m’a été utile même si je ne l’ai pas trouvé très bien fait. A noter qu’un plan plus pratique existe également mais payant, dommage.
