Tower of Belém, whose purpose was to defend the access to the port and which served as the residence of the captain of the port.
What about this magnificent symbol of Lisbon? What about the Manueline elegance of the construction of the Torre de São Vicente (from 1515 to 1521)? A blend of Renaissance and exoticism including memories of the Koutoubia of Marrakech! Know that in the past this delicate sentinel stood in the middle of the Tagus! The tower was intended to defend access to the harbour and was also used as a residence by the harbour master. The interior doesn't have much interest though. Remember to take a ticket coupled with the monastery that cuts off the line.

Très belle tour qui offre une agréable visite, l'organisation entre les différents niveaux est très bien pensé ce qui fait que vous ne vous marchez pas sur les pieds.
L'entrée est gratuite avec la lisboa card mais il faut cependant se rentre au ask me dans le parc avant de faire la queue pour rentrer dans la tour.
