Tower of Belém, whose purpose was to defend the access to the port and which served as the residence of the captain of the port.

What about this magnificent symbol of Lisbon? What about the Manueline elegance of the construction of the Torre de São Vicente (from 1515 to 1521)? A blend of Renaissance and exoticism including memories of the Koutoubia of Marrakech! Know that in the past this delicate sentinel stood in the middle of the Tagus! The tower was intended to defend access to the harbour and was also used as a residence by the harbour master. The interior doesn't have much interest though. Remember to take a ticket coupled with the monastery that cuts off the line.

La tour de Bélem est un incontournable de Lisbonne ! La tour est plutôt sympa à voir et à côté vous avez un parc où vous pourrez vous relaxer.

magnifique tour au bord du Tage, passage obligé pour tous les touristes de passage mais bel attrape nigaud pour celui qui veut la visiter car c'est un petit peu cher pour ce que c'est !!!!!

Joli tour d'extérieur. L'intérieur est jolie mais ne mérite pas forcement d'y aller. Beaucoup de monde, on ne profite pas forcement de la tour. Chère pour ce que c'est et personnel peut accueillant.

Nous n'avons vu ce batiment que de l'extérieur, nous avons été découragé par la longue file pour rentrer dedans. Les jardins et la vue sur le tage valent aussi le détour!
