Juliana's passion for pastry-making began at the age of 12. She made it her profession and trained with the best. This Brazilian pastry chef settled in Lisbon in 2017. In 2021, she opened her own patisserie-atelier in Lisbon, offering unique creations incorporating organic essential oils and seasonal ingredients. Her desserts, such as carrot cake with mascarpone and bergamot essential oil, or olive oil cake with white chocolate ganache and figs, are a must-try.
