CHALET DA CONDESSA D'EDLA
Wooden chalet in the park of the Perna Palace with an amazing interior with cork-covered rooms.
Among the remarkable sites of Sintra, this all-wood chalet is open to the public after being restored following a fire. It was commissioned in 1864 by King Dom Fernando II for his wife and was built on the model of alpine chalets, which were popular in Europe in the second half of the 19th century. It is located in the park of the Palace of Pena, you will have to climb a little to find it. The interior is surprising and some parts are covered with cork.

Dans ce coin du parc de Sintra on y apprécie un certain calme que l'on n'a pas aux abords du chateâu royal.
