It was designed by architect José Luiz Monteiro and decorated by the finest artists of the time, including Luigi Manini and Leandro de Souza Braga. A visit here is best done with your head up in the air, to admire the beautiful woodwork and murals. In the basement, you can visit the art gallery, whose exhibitions change regularly.
