C'était une surprise sensationnelle. La cuisine semblait très familière et pourtant d'un niveau exceptionnel. Le facteur humain était incroyable, sièges rapides, interactions cordiales mais professionnelles avec les clients, excellent service du restaurant complet. Fin parfaite d'une journée complète en Normandie.

AGREABLE à souhait.... cadre chaleureux... le piano à disposition ne délivre pas toujours une douce mélodie.... quelques clients ont des progrès à faire ... mais l'initiative est astucieuse...
La cuisine du chef mériterait une belle étoile voire plus....
