The company operates with more than 140 buses in perfect condition. Eight departures per day to Kampala in Uganda, several departures per day to the main cities in Rwanda (Musanze, Muhanga, Ruhango, Nyanza, Huye...) and between some cities. Check the updated schedules and fares on the Facebook page. For Musanze (starting point to visit the volcanoes and its gorillas), count 3 hours of road, 7 hours for Rusizi (ten departures per day). There are also several departures per day to Kampala. Buses leave from the Nyabugogo bus station.

I use buses Volcano when I move in Kigali with Kampala and Kampala- Kigali
I enjoy much rates and buses are really comfortable and new.
My only serious suggestion is that the bus should respect the propriety passengers by projecting decorous videos and not clips with bare girls almost all along the journey. This type of video upsets passengers, and worse when those claim healthier videos, they are seen refused their request, however I thought in the business world the customer is King.
I will love so much that my opinion arrive at the owner of the Volcano agency.
