Formerly in Bujumbura, the regional office of Eos Visions for East Africa is now based in Kigali. It is a network of social enterprises in 6 African countries (Burundi, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Malawi) working in educational tourism. Carmen Nibigira, a graduate of tourism management, is a specialist in Burundi.
