A varied and tasty buffet with guts and vegetables in all their forms, including freshly baked peas in the morning and succulent in a delicious way. Nothing is ever kept until the next day and everything is prepared in excellent hygiene conditions (ask to visit the kitchens). The staff were friendly and helpful. A good address at the exit of the city to take a bus or go by car to the north or west of the country.
