Attention, high-flying gastronomic cuisine! After working in several starred restaurants in Europe and a stint on the TV show "Top Chef" in France, Dieuveil Malonga, a young chef of Congolese origin, chose Kigali to open his first restaurant, Meza Malonga, in March 2020. His concept: to reinvent contemporary African gastronomy and highlight Rwandan local products. Her restaurant is a true laboratory of flavors and your taste buds may well fall over.
