La Fromagerie produces cheeses 100% made in Rwanda, made from cow or goat milk. Bleu des collines, goat's crottin, tomme, pecorino with pepper, buchette with basil, cumin, camembert, brie, ricotta... Cheese lovers are in for a treat! Located in the vicinity of the capital, this farm has been working with passion since 1995 in the production of artisanal cheeses, and the land of a thousand hills can be proud of it.
