Croissants, pains au chocolat, apple turnovers and other more original productions surprisingly combining salty and sweet (we'll let you discover), delicious pastries (chocolate tarts in particular), sandwiches and burgers for the biggest appetites, as well as all sorts of hot and iced drinks. "Baso" was born from the culinary passion of Bruno, born from a Rwandan father and a Belgian mother, who became a pastry chef and chocolate maker after 10 years at Nihoul, a great Belgian chocolate house.
