The hotel Dom Gonçalo's restaurant, which is attended largely by a non-resident clientele, offers delicious cuisine created by young chef Alexander. The memory of the taste of a leg of mountain lamb (perna of borrego to Serra de Aire), or that of the rabbit way Conde of Ourém, remains present for a long time in memory.
