This new cultural space houses nearly 200 works from the state's contemporary art collection. The collection is mainly composed of Portuguese artists, some of them internationally renowned, such as Paula Rego, Amadeo De Sousa Cardoso, Mário Cesariny and others. These works are exhibited in thematic exhibitions that take place throughout the year, three or four times a year. A must-see visit to discover Portuguese contemporary art in one place.
