Beaches of Figueira de Foz including the one of Quiaios, Cabedelo for surfing, Praia do Forte for the family, the urban beach of Buarcos.

Praia de Quiaios. 8 km to the north, near two horse riding centers.

Praia de Cabedelo: the favorite destination for surfing, bodyboarding and kitesurfing.

Praia de Gala. 4 km south of Figueira, near the mouth of the Mondego River, it offers a remarkable panoramic view of the city.

Praia do Forte. A small beach that offers ideal conditions for a family vacation.

Praia do Relógio. Located on Avenida 25 de Abril. The wooden walkways lead to the sea.

Praia de Buarcos. Urban beach with a wide range of restaurants and bars.

Plages à Figueira Da Foz, Portugal

Au Portugal, la plage "Praia Do Relogio" de Figueira da Foz est une belle plage bien aménagée avec plan d’eau, jeux pour enfants et un cheminement pour accéder à la plage proprement qui est assez loin de la promenade piétonne. Elle se poursuit par la Praia de Buarcos. L’eau était sans doute aussi fraîche qu’à Vila Nova de Gaia et je me suis contentée de la promenade en bord de mer et du panorama, ce dernier étant cependant un peu obscurci par les fumées des incendies dans les régions d’Aveiro et de Porto.

Originality

Les plages de Figueira da Foz sont toutes splendides. Elles sont longs et larges, un peu moins en centre ville. Mais préférer rester Buarcos. Elle est propre, grande et juste magnifique avec son sable blanc.
