In the heart of the village of Santar, in a beautiful ^16th-century building: a magical space dedicated to the discovery and tasting of wines. Various oenology workshops and oenogastronomic experiences are on offer: a Jeep excursion through the vineyards with wine tasting, a country picnic, a visit to the lush gardens and century-old vineyard, a gourmet lunch under a cork oak prepared by chef Henrique Ferreira... Excellents plats et vins dans un cadre magnifique. Nous avons pris le menu du chef et nous avons savouré chaque bouchée ! Le service était également excellent et nous avons reçu de très bonnes recommandations pour les vins locaux. Nous aimerions revenir lorsque nous retournerons dans les montagnes :)

Cet endroit était hors norme. Tout, du pain à l'huile d'olive, en passant par la truite, la tomate cœur de bœuf et la salade de poulpe. Le canard était fantastique. J'ai été agréablement surpris. Très heureux et client complet ????????????
