Restaurant offering modern, refined, and light cuisine, based on local products
In the heart of Bayeux, the restaurant of Caroline and Sébastien Rémy, a very creative chef, is one of the most refined in the town. At lunchtime, the Retour du Marché, at a very reasonable price, allows you to discover all the inventiveness of Rémy, who has worked with Alain Ducasse. He works with local produce (Red Label scallops from Port-en-Bessin, oysters from Asnelles, meat from Monceaux-en-Bessin) for a modern, refined and light cuisine, which favours the flavour of food. What a pleasure for the guests, especially with Caroline’s welcome and smile.
