Traditional bistro restaurant offering good-value wines in Bayeux.
Cellar and traditional bistro, this establishment is one of our favourite haunts. With one eye on the Aure and the other on his guests, Pierre-Henri remains true to form, warm, inexhaustible about his wines and showing his pleasure in giving pleasure: "You receive when you give". You’ll fall in love with the simple and comforting dish of the day, the platter of cold meats or the homemade tartare. For local gourmets, tripe from Père Morel (an eminent Caen butcher), oysters from Asnelles, snails and a trilogy of local cheeses are well represented on the menu.

Accueil chaleureux. Nous nous sommes régalés avec les St Jacques poêlés et l’entrecôte. La crème brûlée est une tuerie !
