Relaxed place, very cosy, wooden tables, beautiful and good cooking of the chef and magnificent view of the Cathedral of Bayeux.

For Sonia and Christophe, cooking is a journey. These enthusiasts love to play with flavors and seasonal produce, renewing their menu every three months. The place is cosy, with wooden tables, exposed stonework and, above all, an incredible view of Bayeux Cathedral. Foie gras with pommeau, salmon gravlax, chicken supreme with chorizo oil, fish & chips, snacked scallops with pumpkin, lemon profiteroles or mango cheesecake... A treat that makes you want to come back again and again!

Malheureusement décevant - beau menu et belle présentation - mais la nourriture est juste correcte, rien d'extraordinaire, et le service est amical mais extrêmement lent. Nous étions 2 et avons mangé une variété de plats, aucun n'était excellent. Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas très bon. Les prix sont corrects si le calibre de la cuisine était à la hauteur. A déconseiller.

La serveuse n'avait pas la frite, les frites non plus, c'était pas ça, ne vaut pas le détour malgré la très belle vue sur la cathédrale.

Les moules étaient mal cuites, à peine ouvertes pour la plupart, et les frites molles, grasses, tièdes. Excessivement décevant. Pourquoi proposer des moules frites si c'est pour servir ça... Le service pro, efficace, mais zéro sourire, malgré nos sourires et notre amabilité. Décevant là aussi et un peu incompréhensible. Je ne recommande vraiment pas.

Avons été très bien accueilli et servi par un personnel sympatique. Cadre agréable. Bonne et belle cuisine. Menu à 28 euros très bien. Bons produits. Tout petit bémol sur le service un tout petit peu long. Une adresse à retenir.
