A 9.9 km bike ride, ideal for discovering an important part of Lower Normandy’s built heritage.
This bicycle ride takes you to the discovery of a large part of the built heritage of Basse-Normandie: its castles. First, you start at Martragny Castle, built in 1747 by the Marquis de Grangues; it served as a hospital after the landing of 6 June 1944. Then, head to Vaux-sur-Seulles Castle and finally to Vaussieux Castle. Along the way, make a stop at the sand of Esquay-sur-Seulles, an imposing site for the extraction, washing, and storage of sand.
