Cider apple producers Christelle and François Lecornu welcome you to their downtown cellar to introduce you to their organic cider production on 9 hectares of orchards around Bayeux (in Juaye-Mondaye, Maisons, and Mandeville-en-Bessin). Produits qui font honneur à la Normandie. Le cidre tout comme les gelées de pommes sont excellents. Mention particulière pour celle au calvados, sublime avec un sorbet à la pomme.

Cadre intimiste et super dégustation.
Le gérant vous partage son savoir et vous permet d'en savoir plus sur la fabrication du cidre. La dégustation est généreuse, le cidre brut est EXCELLENT.

J'ai goûté le brut au Moulin, à Bayeux. J'ai beau être breton, je dois reconnaitre que ce cidre normand est exceptionnel. L'équilibre entre l'amertume et le fruit est parfait. Cette bouteille vaut le détour.
