Useful, the map of vineyards, displayed in the store which gives the impression of seeing it more clearly and learning about the wines of Burgundy, between Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, Côte Chalonnaise and Macon… for example. The champagne has no secret for him either: He tells you the story of this piece of land or the little square metres that make it possible to make a unique champagne. We also love the selection, more restricted but also selected of whiskies, calvados and rums and the "troubleshooting" side, located in the basement cellar. Ask to eat. Go and greet him, talk, come back…. It is exciting. Not only does he speak five languages but he has an elephant memory!
