One of the most renowned restaurants in the Pays d'Auge, a gourmet reference in the heart of the village's old covered market.
Located in the heart of one of France's most beautiful villages, under the old Beuvron covered market, this is one of the finest restaurants in the Augeron region. In the kitchen, Michelin-starred chef Jérôme Bansard has given way to Adrien Haye, formerly second-in-command here. The menu, which evolves with the seasons and the produce of local growers, pays tribute to the terroir while giving free rein to fantasy. The wine list, with some 400 references, is impressive! A resolutely gourmet and refined stopover.
