A pretty address whose name recalls the former Auberge du Coq Hardi (16th century) opposite, one of Blangy’s most beautiful houses. "In the countryside, there’s always something to do": when a restaurateur, Fabien (who runs Le Rollon in Pont-l’Évêque), meets one of his customers, Mano, the result is Le Coq Hardi! The cuisine combines pleasure and quality. You’ll find the famous pressé de Pont-l’Évêque, veal T-bone with Normandy sauce, fine apple tart with dairy caramel. And, as a speciality of the Maître de Maison, a wine list to die for!

Le Coq Hardi is a hotel and restaurant located in Blangy-Le-Château. It offers warm, comfortable rooms decorated in light tones. All are fully equipped with flat-screen TVs, minibars, work desks, WiFi access and spacious, modern showers. They are also bright and airy, opening onto a quiet, flower-filled courtyard. As for the restaurant, you can enjoy, for example, a sea bass carpaccio with vanilla and kalamansi lemon, a half-cooked salmon pavé with crispy zucchini with cumin, a roasted cod back... The address for a pleasant stay!
