Authenticity! That's the motto of this 100% Alsatian winstub. Located just a stone's throw from the cathedral, the Tire-Bouchon offers a warm welcome, with frescoes by André Bricka and marquetry by Spindler. The ambience is convivial, but if you'd like more privacy, there are four private lounges upstairs. At the table, Chef Brahim Chlouti regales us! All sorts of tasty traditional Alsatian dishes await you!

Une institution à Strasbourg pour sa carte, moins pour son service. Très bonne cuisine, par contre certains serveurs sont vraiment désagréables. Ne pas y aller lors du marché de Noël car c'est l'usine. Ils sont occasionnellement sur la fourchette avec des remises assez conséquentes. Très bon Baeckeoff.

Dans le quartier de la Cathédrale de Strasbourg, petit restaurant typique alsacien ou l'on passe un agréable moment dans une ambiance feutrée et chaleureuse. Les plats typiquement alsaciens sont à la hauteur du cadre, bien cuisinés, copieux et gouteux. Le personnel est très serviable et agréable malgré le monde. Il vaut mieux réserver. Bon restaurant alsacien à recommander.
