Tsuta Ramen is a Japanese restaurant in the heart of Strasbourg. It invites you to taste genuine Japanese ramen, the perfect bowl to take you on a journey into a unique culinary universe. Here, the chef offers a variety of delights to satisfy every craving. For starters, you can indulge in an octopus dumpling called Takoyaki, pickled cucumber, spicy pickled radish... As for main courses, choose from Paitan Tsukemen chicken, a blend of 3 soybeans, Japanese-style cold noodles or Tonkotsu Tsukemen with black garlic sauce. For dessert, try the Mochi glacé, the Ice cream or the Japanese waffle with sweetened red bean paste, called Taiyaki. You'll find a fine selection of wines to accompany your meal. At Tsuta Ramen, the little ones won't be forgotten, with a children's menu. A vegetarian option for meatless ramen lovers is also available. All broths and noodles are prepared entirely on site using local produce. A gourmet address worth discovering!

Je recommande vivement.
Comptez environ 15 € pour un bol avec nouilles, chushu de porc ou poulet, 19 € pour la version chef (qui contient plus de chashu et un oeuf). Je n'aurais toutefois pas été contre un bol à environ 17 € avec un peu plus de nouilles et un oeuf sans avoir à le payer en supplément.
Je recommande ce restaurant et je reviendrai régulièrement ! ????
