Since moving to 19 Avenue de la Mer, the address has grown in stature, now spacious and beautifully decorated, combining elegance and simplicity. Two brothers, Baptiste and Hugo, are still at the helm of this transalpine culinary playground. Discover the traditional carbonara recipe (homemade tagliatelle, egg yolk, guanciale, black pepper and pecorino) or the Italian tartare with beef pear cut to order...
