Located just behind "Espace Form" with Folie-Couvrechef. Everything is in the name: This fitness centre is intended exclusively for women… form, not forms in sum, to take up an old slogan! Olivier has significantly changed the concept since opening. Starting with the framework: ambiance deco very "nature", relatively zen and trendy. In the evening, the lights are high. Now you’ve got an online tisanerie. Olfactory atmosphere also: the merveilleux of molecules! Side hall and sport (you come a little to do this anyway), again, there was a change. The focus is on coaching and we work less in a circuit but with a card advantage. The coach adapts to what you want to work, it is not beautiful life? The gym women in shape, I am fan!! You come when you want, you have a coach all the time present, and there is full of nice classes. Zumba and an innovation rock'n made that move too!!! And most importantly, there are only women.
