A very simple concept, yet well thought out. Ma Suzette is a base of homemade wheat pancakes and fresh products that you mix at your convenience, whether sweet or salty. And it is not a dozen combinations that are then available to you but more than 3,000! Original, and impossible to get tired of! Too many choices and you don’t know which composition to choose? Don’t panic, you also have signature pancakes such as Boursin (minced meat, potatoes, Boursin and Emmental cream), Mielleuse (tuna, goat cheese, sour cream, honey, parsley) or Mimoune (chicken, merguez, chilli, peppers, onions, fried potatoes, olives, tomato sauce). Finally, you can also compose your milkshakes and smoothies. The little extra, the opening hours: until 2 am from Thursday to Saturday and it is even open on Sunday evening!
