What an institution! L'Oriental Couscous is first and foremost a family affair, and makes for a great stay in Algeria without having to take a plane! Couscous galore (even on Sundays!), with fine, soft semolina, marinated brochettes and divinely flavored vegetable broth. The aromas are mouth-watering! As an aperitif, try the Kemia, while we'll be delighted to hear about the Chakchouka specialty! A little mint tea adds a refreshing note, and don't forget the farandole of Maghreb wines to complete the trip.
