Amalia is the first name of David's grandmother, a Venezuelan by birth, who taught him the rudiments of cooking, and what a kitchen it is! Supported by Aiken, it's delicious, fine, gourmet and generous, as beautiful as it is good, with sunshine on the plate - top-notch!
