Over the past year, the restaurant has changed team but not concept. Rosie and Freddy Pommier, formerly of the Michelin-starred restaurant A contre Sens, have taken over this lunchtime canteen, which still offers seasonal cuisine based on local produce. A delicatessen featuring products from the Perche Ornais region is also available. A catering service is available for private customers. And for professionals? A wide choice: catering, meal trays and privatization, or a co-working space where you can work even if you're feeling peckish. There's something for everyone.
