Restaurant with terrace offering a cuisine with Norman influences and a varied menu in Caen.
In fine weather, on the oldest square in town, you can’t miss Monsieur Louis’ terrace. A pretty restaurant, whose name recalls the statue of Louis XIV which thrones in Place Saint-Sauveur. In the kitchen, we find Frédéric Devy, former chef at 101 Saint-Pierre Street, who plays a score with Norman notes. The menu is varied, with dishes that are quite simple but always prepared around a good product. The house speciality, served by the slice car, is the famous Normandy roast farm chicken, thyme juice and mashed apple with butter. And if you prefer, or if the weather gets worse, the interior is presented as a cosy, classy and comfortable apartment.
