Yes, but of course also because of chef François Blestel's creative, home-cooked dishes! Here, the menu evolves every week according to the seasons and the produce available through short distribution channels. At lunchtime, the menu is light and inventive, and in the evening, generous and fragrant. To enjoy this fine cuisine even more, head for the terrace opposite the château.

extrêmement bien accueillis et aucune hésitation à nous rajouter des petits " plus " qui sont bien agréables pour un client.
Nous avions pris des burger, rien à dire, viande délicieuse, les frites sont divines ainsi que les sauces...
Le café gourmand était excellent et ils ont accepté de remplacer un des desserts ce qui est loin d'être le cas partout..
Vraiment,nous y retournerons sans hésiter, une très bonne adresse à Caen dans un quartier incontournable.
Le seul bémol un peu bruyant.
