Home-made cooking based on Norman products in a restaurant of the chef Frédéric Thomas in Caen.
At lunchtime, head for Le Pavillon! It’s a popular lunch spot for local workers, but lovers of home-cooked Normandy produce are also more than happy to push open the door of this bistro-style brasserie. Service is fast, and the menu features dishes that change regularly according to chef Frédéric Thomas’s whims and the seasons. We particularly enjoyed the bacon with spicy corn cream, as well as the duck leg with chorizo, all without breaking the bank.

En ce qui concerne la cuisine, c’est toujours la fête des papilles. Même une simple écrasée de pomme de terre avec de la ciboulette accompagnant une saucisse de Toulouse au four est un régal. Je mets 5 étoiles pour une qualité, une recherche et des saveurs a un prix très raisonnable.
