What a welcome and what a kitchen! As soon as you cross the threshold, the team is at your service and Stéphane Carbone even takes the time to greet you. You feel at ease right away. As for the meal, a faultless one. We choose the Saveurs menu, and we let the chef’s inspirations guide us, always according to our tastes. It’s simply divine.... From appetizers to dessert, the dishes follow one another without a false note. No salt or pepper on the table, the seasonings are indeed perfect. A great, unique and humane restaurant, bravo Monsieur!
