Magma is a gourmet restaurant located in the heart of Caen, a stone's throw from the town hall and Place Saint-Sauveur. Its interior, decorated with two lava stones, pays homage to the volcanoes of Auvergne, adding a unique touch to the ambience. Chef Olivier Barbarin, who gained his experience with Michelin-starred chefs such as Antoine Sachat, offers a cuisine that is both authentic and creative. He carefully selects fresh, quality seasonal produce, favoring short circuits and organic farming. The menu varies according to arrivals and the chef's inspirations, and can be adapted to meet the needs of vegetarians, vegans or people with food allergies. For lunch, the restaurant offers a business formula that includes either a starter and a main course, a main course and a dessert, or all three. The four-step business menu offers complete immersion in the "Magma" universe. In the evening, you can choose between the five-course Caldeira menu or the seven-course Magma menu. For easy access, underground parking is available just a five-minute walk away. Magma is the ideal place for a remarkable culinary experience in Caen.
