Restaurant with a terrace in Caen using fresh, seasonal, and local products.

Le P'tit B became Horace (an old name indeed...) but rest assured, the spirit remains the same! Nestled in the heart of the superb Vaugueux district, the kitchen offers fresh, seasonal produce presented with care. New chef Léandre's menu features a number of Normandy products (Camembert, Asnelles oysters...), enhanced by spices and exotic flavors. The food is very good, and we loved the Baba au Calvados from Ferme de la Sapinière. Service is impeccable, responsive and attentive. Bravo, this restaurant is in a class of its own.

J'y suis allé avec ma femme et nous avons pris exactement la même chose de l'entrée au dessert. saumon et sa galette de pomme de terre en entrée...la galette s'est avérée n'être qu'une vulgaire ships..gambas et rouget en plat principal, gambas...crues...et rouget...cru!! si le cuisinier n'est pas capable de maîtriser ces simples cuissons, ou va t'on..
et plutôt que de nous resservir le plat cuisiné comme il l'aurait fallu, ou de nous le déduire de la note, je n'ai eu le droit qu'à une simple coupe de champagne (pour fêter ça^^!), et ma femme à un café...
Lamentable depuis le changement de propriétaire.
