The Caen Club Fencing (ECC) was created in 1992 and was formed by the merger of the two Caen clubs: Caen Fencing and the Weapons Room Jean-Marc Draux. Managed by volunteers and supervised by four masters of state-patented arms, it has around 200 licensees. Sword or foil, for competition or leisure purposes, it’s up to you to choose. Teaching is available from 5 years old and a section is dedicated to artistic fencing and entertainment. Naturally, the club participates in all competitions, departmental, regional, and national, which will surely motivate the most ambitious épéistes.
