Once through the door, spices and olives spread their delicious fragrances between tapenades, homemade taramas and oriental pastries. In fact, you won't be able to escape the sultan's little loukoum, date or hummus toast, generously offered by way of welcome by Slim and Sonia - forget the diet! It's as a guest that you'll discover the treasures nestled in the alcoves of this palace, where Berber hospitality is impossible to resist. Don't leave without a bottle of natural geranium water to perfume your fruit and vegetable salads - a rarity!
