Before Les Mets Chaï was a drinking restaurant, it was a dining cellar. If Jean-Charles has separated the 2 concepts, it's to better please us. Here, you can enjoy excellent wines, organic, good and clean. Just look at the walls, filled with bottles with distinctive labels and appellations (Va te faire boire or Gamay du matin). But that's not all! Evenings are organized (remember to reserve!) with presentations and tastings of vintages. Your favorite vineyards will no longer hold any secrets for you. Go with your eyes closed.
