A change of hats for the man who, for 20 years, was a specialized educator. Passionate about good food, and good wine to go with it, Julien decided to open a cellar by appointment. Building on this experience, he has been evolving since December 2021, offering a selection of wines, spirits and craft beers in his cellar on rue des chanoines.
