Authentic, as the name suggests! The decor of this small bar-restaurant in Cambremer, which opened in 2019, is a blend of retro posters and small cars. The Da Silva family, well known here, is at the helm, friendly and all smiles. In the kitchen, Manuel offers a dish of the day for lunch on weekdays, and a more varied menu on Friday and Saturday evenings. Homemade dishes are generous and affordable: omelettes, Normandy meats, salads, burgers, platters and homemade desserts. Order in and take away in the evening.

Arrivés à Cambremer un lundi midi sans trop savoir où manger, nous nous sommes retrouvés à l'Authentic et ce fût un excellent choix !
Le décor est très agréable et "authentique". La cuisine était excellente, rappelant celle de nos parents : généreuse et réconfortante. Le service est aussi à l'image du reste ! À faire et vaux largement un détour sur votre trajet !
