In the heart of Cardonville, the Saint-Gabriel farm looks like any other Norman farm: horses, cows, a beautiful meadow... but especially ducks! Because here, it is the main product. Ducks are raised and fed in order to sell the precious commodity that is duck foie gras, fresh or well prepared!
