Admittedly, it’s not as big and modern as the other well-known museums in the area, but for us, it’s THE museum to visit. We love coming back in search of a new anecdote, a little piece of history that Pierre-Louis has unearthed. This indefatigable enthusiast fell in love at first sight with the Big Red One (1st US Infantry Division) - one of the first to set foot on Omaha Beach on the morning of June 6, 1944 - during a school trip to the United States. This romance gave birth to the Big Red One Museum in 2004, 20 years ago!

Ce n'est pas un simple musée, loin de là. Tous la collection se compose que de pièces originales. Il faut absolument demander au propriétaire de vous faire la visite. Un musée qui ne paie pas de mine à l’extérieur et pourtant.... Allez y ! et sans hésiter ....
